Yesterday, I woke up with a slight swelling on bottom of my left eye area. I dismissed it as me being really tired from the previous night’s crazy Mario Kart-ing session with Hanie, Booya and Eisu ( I SEEK REVENGEEEEE DAMNIT! ) until I realised it hurts when I try to touch it.

Damn.

Regardless, after getting my hands on some eye ointment to stop the swelling; I called home to tell my Mum about it.

Me : Ma, I’d got this weird swelling on my left eye area.
Mum : What happened? You should see a doctor tomorrow.
Grandaunt + Brothers ( who happened to overheard the phone convo ) : It’s called NintendoDS-titis we think.
Me : …

So today I went to see the doctor and was diagnosed with stye. Okay, shut up with the sniggering now. And once more, I called home to update my family with the turn of event

Me : Ma, the doc says I’d got stye.
Mum : …. whose bath did you peep into?
Me : WHAAAAAAT ??!
Mum : *burst out laughing* That was the first thing that came to mind!
Me : >_<
Me : … it’s Chiaki’s damnit. He has too many bath scenes in Nodame Cantabile. [ I was on a rewatching session with Hanie over the weekend =P ]
Mum : Ahh ~ I know those bathscenes. He’s good.
Me : ……

I think I have family members who are absolutely unsympathetic with me having a bloated eyebag under my left eye at the moment. Or they just understand me a bit too well XD;

*ahem*

My biggest splurge -as of yet- for the year XDDDD ( ignore anything hyde-related, I can assure you they’re not as expensive as this :P That BABY umbrella doesn’t quite count too! )

I CAN PLAY GAMES ANYWHERE I WANT NOW!!!! ( especially after realising that my poor PS2 had been left in its bag untouched since Chinese New Year DD: Oh Stahn! Leon! Please forgive me! )

Booya can sum up the feeling much better than I do here.

Mobile gaming is sweeeeeeeet ♥ I finally got my own DS-Lite over the weekend after months of debating between the colours to get XD Now I don’t have to feel annoyed when both my brothers are off to their lala-land playing Monsters Hunter with their PSPs when I can entertain myself with the likes of Ouendan and Phoenix Wright :DDD

I had to admit, the two biggest push for me to get this for myself is when I saw Final Fantasy XII : Revenant Wings trailer XD And the other reason being whiterabbit and The Onion were both egging and tempting me muchly since two months ago DDD: Durn youu! )

And this was how I spent my weekend :D

I walked back in from lunch this afternoon and saw this on my table XD

Well, the Nici-Lion had been sleeping on a basket on my workstation for long enough time.. but HAHA someone had put him on a Chawanmushi cup with the lid on it’s head XDDD [ which I discovered was the doing of one of the editor at works, he's no good at putting on an innocent face I swear X3 ]

Weekend is upon me! And I’m glad the work aren’t really THAT much of a pile up for me to come back to work on it during weekend ♥ I’m heading back to my hometown and I’m keeping my finger cross for pampering myself for a bit tomorrow :3 Wish me luck! And have a great weekend everyone ♥

The whole day passed so very slowly and all I can think of and looking forward to at the end of the day is to watch Sunshine with Aimo, Onion, Booya and Eisu.

Yes. Boring looooooooooooooong Wednesday.

So, I met up around 8p.m. ++ with Booya in Summit while waiting for the others to arrive for dinner when Booya received a phone call. It sounded all fine until he went “You WHAT??!!” on the line.

Apparently Aimo’s car caught fire. Yes. Not your usual breakdown and what not — it caught fire. Cue me going “Her car WHAT ??!!” at Booya. Ditching dinner plan and waving bye bye to Cillian Murphy, we headed off on a rescue mission to get to the stranded ones in the middle of Cyberjaya highways ^^;;

Calling Onion on the phone on our way there, she responded to my call with a slight giggle and said “Apparently Cillian Murphy is SO HOT, our car caught fire heeee”

……

Well, I’m just glad that everyone is okay enough to be making jokes. But that line needs to be immortalised somewhere I swear XD

Tis be an interesting night after all ^^; I just hope the repair doesn’t cost poor Aimo a bomb =_=
