I had been emo-ing about my stolen Playstation2 ( house got broken into. AGAIN ) since two months ago lamenting over my lost console ( old, but so much good and frustrating memories ;3; ) and above all, my lost youth *coughs* Memory Cards ( ALLLL MY GAWDDAMNED DATA!!! THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF PRECIOUS GAMING HOURS!!! *headdesk* )

AHEM.

Anyway, yeah. There’ll be many instances over the month when I’ll be happily talking about games with friends here and there and suddenly the black cloud of gloom will start to rain when I remembered ..

“I don’t have my PS2 anymore… ||| ORZ”

My brothers and I had been constantly telling ourselves not to worry about it. It’s an old console afterall and well, we’re saving up for the third generation console, uhuh uhuh. But I do know that secretly, we all wished that the thieving bastards’ fingers will just rot and fall off and get eaten by some stray dogs.

But I digress. Over last weekend; I now have absolutely NO reason to be emo anymore!

WHY?

I’d got a brand new shiny PS2 for my birthday!!! ♥ ♥ ♥

Squeeeee ~~~ THANK YOU Eisu, Aimo, Jeff, Jade, Ping Pong, Hilmy, Zid, Rizal and Dinjerr! Thank you all so much! I was truly shocked! It had been fun to spend the day with you all at Comics Fiesta 07 that day and I didn’t know you people prepared such a finale for the night! T____T THANK YOU ~~~

… and a belated INTERNETZ greeting to mah psychic twin! Even though I’d wished her since the 14th XD

Thank you EVERYONE. Yes, every single of you wonderful people who called, texted in, IM-ed and remembered that day. I am really happy and overwhelmed! ;3; I’m personally horrible with dates and having so many friends remembered mine sent me into the Cloud9. I was constantly giggling and smiling the entire day receiving messages from all over ( UK! Singapore! Across Malaysia XD ) And dear gawd, JJ! Who had been missing for SO long called from Singapore ♥ I would had glomped him on the spot had he been in front of me!

And oh! On the 14th, my colleagues collectively played a prank on me XD When I went off the office for a while to pick up my brother, they switched my desktop wallpaper to one of Takeshi Kaneshiro handing me a bouquet of flower. It took me a full 3 seconds to realised WTF was going on my desktop when I came back and flip off the screen saver. Go me XD;;; And now I’m not allowed to change the wallpaper at least until next year ( Damn it people, it’s DISTRACTING! Gimme back my Katamari wallpaper! )

All in all, I do realised; as much as I was pitching a bitch fit everytime I think about my stolen Playstation… it’s something that I can convince myself that I can live without. But dear friends as such? I can’t even begin to imagine if we’ve never had the opportunity to meet.
