I had a BLAST the previous weekend! I mean, I knew it’ll be massive exhaustion with the stuff I had to do lined up.. but it was worth every single moment of it <3

SATURDAY 01.03.08
I’d to miss the first day of GACC today. When I promised Rachel that I’ll go with her to see Mayday’s Fan Meet session; I did not realise that both the dates clashed ;3; Spent a good whole day wondering which events should I attend. Ended up deciding to go for broke and attend both XD

Emily came over to pick me up before heading to Rach’s place to have a quick lunch and many detours before driving off to KL’s Sg. Wang ) Loitered about the area window shopping until it was nearly 6:30p.m. before we headed to the area where the fan meet was to be held. Much to my dissapointment, there will be no performance by the band that day since it was just a ‘Fans Meet’ session ;3; Oh well, I’d got their ticket for the concert in April anyway :3

I think we stood there for a good full hour before the event started off. Luckily for someone as vertically challenged as me; we managed to get a rather good spot right in front X3

Fans went nuts the moment we saw the Genting bus drove by the area because the prankster Masa (bassist) was already making faces and waved at the fans waiting outside. You can see the collective “Awwwww” when it was announced that Stone ( guitarist ) couldn’t make it for the event that day ;3; So whoever who wanted their stuff autographed that night won’t be getting the full set of signatures ^^;

Before the band arrived, the emcee picked some fans to go on stage to sing their favourite Mayday songs. So these lucky bastards AHEM fans get to be on the same stage with them when the band arrived DDD:

The band was totally dorky on stage ( as usual ) and bullied GuanYou into singing “Leaving the Surface of Earth” for the fans as some sort of apology since they weren’t performing anything that day 8D Apparently they did the same thing earlier for the session at 3p.m. in Genting. Poor GuanYou XD;;

He was totally sweating like mad after jumping around ( no thanks to the song that he was forced to sing ) under the Malaysian hot and humid evening air XD; Fans demanded Monster to perform after that as well but he managed to talk his way out of it. Bugger.

Masa and GuanYou were poking at each other throughout the session bickering among themselves like little kids XD Ashin ended up interupting Masa when Masa introduced him because he didn’t want Masa to say anything weird about him before he himself has a chance to talk XD ALL OF THEM ARE SO DORKY IT HURTS XDD

And a video that Emily took. She’s awesome cuz she can actually remember to take pictures and videos in the middle of all the fangirling XD ( But well, she definitely wasn’t fangirling like Rach and me.. so I guess we’re thankful there was someone SANE with us at that time? XD

I can’t believe I was all too star struck ( once more even though I’d met them last September ;3; ) that I forgot to let them sign on one of the info-cards *kicks self* T___T And damn the organiser for not allowing me to let them sign on the promo poster I brought ( It was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cooler than the ones that they were giving out anyway, BAAH HISSS BOOOO DX )

Anyway, here is the album I’d got them to sign. For my brother’s friends anyway :\ They owe me big time 8D

Andddd here’s my own which was signed last September. My album is the Taiwan edition as opposed to the one above which is the local releases 8D ( Mine came with a DVD too 8DD ) AND I’D GOT ALL THEIR SIGNATURES ON IT 8DDD
