Down The Rabbit Hole

After lunch today we decided to drop by one of those Hong Kong eateries for dessert. One of my colleagues adventurously ordered the Egg in Boiling Milk drink. Since no one had ever dared to order it, we were eagerly anticipating it just to see what it would look like. And I decided to take pics for fun. Tadaa!

After she took a sip, we excitedly asked her what it tasted like. Her answer? Like eggy milk.

According to her though, some people like to dump egg into their Milo like that. Eggy Milo, anyone?

I was going to update a long time ago but sadly I would rather spend my time shooting the Bane in Tabula Rasa. At first when I tried the game, I thought it was fun, but not addictive. Which was good. And then the more I played and the more I saw of the game I gradually devolved into logging in every night (except when I had to work till early morning. Damn you, work!). Plus I get a kick out of seeing Lord General British in-game, even if he’s just typing in text to say hi to the beta players.

Anyway, besides playing Tabula Rasa all-night long, I’ve also grown fatter (I wonder if they’re mysteriously related?). I now weigh 51kg, according to the scales, which is a big jump (for me, anyway) from the last time I weighed myself, which was 47kg. Whee! 4 more kilos (maybe more if needed) to go before I am happy.

Of course, growing fatter also means I can no longer fit into some clothes. In this case, it’s the shorts I wear at home. After last weekend’s attempt of squeezing my shorts past my (now) fat(ter) ass, I gave up and decided to go out and buy new ones. Funny though, I don’t think I look any fatter. Do you?
